Do you only repair German cars? +
No, we maintain and repair all makes and models. However, we are specialized experts in German engineering (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW) and have invested in dealer-level diagnostic equipment specifically for these brands.
Will servicing with you void my warranty? +
Absolutely not. Under EU Block Exemption regulations, we can service your new vehicle without affecting the manufacturer's warranty. We use OE (Original Equipment) quality parts and follow official service schedules.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs? +
Yes. We stand by the quality of our work. All parts and labour are covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), giving you complete peace of mind.
Can I wait while my car is serviced? +
Yes, we have a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi and refreshments. For longer repairs (like clutch replacements), we recommend dropping the vehicle off, but for MOTs and minor services, you are welcome to stay.
How do I book a complex repair? +
For routine work (MOT, Service), please use our Book Online button. For complex jobs like timing chains, turbos, or engine rebuilds, please use the "Get a Free Quote" form or call us directly so we can discuss the technical details.
My car won't start. Can you help? +
Yes, as Silesia Garage & Recovery, we operate a 24/7 recovery service. We can collect your broken-down vehicle and transport it directly to our workshop for diagnosis and repair.
Do you provide courtesy cars? +
We have a limited number of courtesy vehicles available for major repairs. These must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and insurance criteria. Please ask when booking.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Cash and Bank Transfers. Payment is due upon collection of the vehicle.
